Does anyone know who makes scope mounts to fit the Johannsen rifles? I have seen some which appear to have had the rear bridge milled and fitted with an EAW system. The 416 I am considering has a sqaure bridge in the rear with a slight undercut near the top. The front brdge has an insert that looks like it would accomodate an EAW ring. Apparently these are no longer being imported into the USA. I believe GSI was the last importer and I plan to call them.

If it has a "slight undercut" in both sides of the rear bridge, it is most likely a ERA (Recknagel) mount. See: Recknagel The EAW on the otherhand has a distinct "notch" machined from only one side, and into middle of the squarebridge, plus a little release lever.
