Ruger RSM in a Synthetic Stock?
Has anyone had a Ruger RSM re-stocked in a synthetic? If so, who makes a stock for it? Did you do it yourself or have a gunsmith do the work?

I have been batting around the same question. I was looking at a lonewolf stock (kevlar/fiberglass) in their hunter model made for the magnum ruger. Stock and bedding is $625.00. I am getting my wood stock reinforced with some metal up by the front -- my smith says there is no room for an additional cross bolt. Mine is a 458 lott -- i don't want anything lighter than the ruger wood. that was my main consideration. look up lonewolf stocks on google. the people there are really nice. you have to get prices over the phone. good luck.
