I received an email from Russell Wilkin at Holland, he mentioned that he had used a new 450 grain .411" Woodleigh bullet on an Oz hunt for water buffalo. Russell was shooting a .450/.400, and said the bullet performed well.

It would perform just as well in the .400 H&H if you need a heavy bullet.

Might be a special order for H&H. Its not listed in the new Woodleigh catalogue, and doesn't appear in the "new bullets" section on thier web page.

Going up 50 grains in the old .450/.400 might slow it down a bit too much IMHO, but it could be just the ticket for Hollands' new cartridges.
