There is not a whole lot of choices for the big 50. RCBS has a AmmoMaster while Hornady has a Lock-N-Load and they both have enough clearance for the 50 BMG. Dies should be available from any of those major manufacturers. CH4D also makes 50 BMG dies. Here is a link to get you started.

THe RCBS AMMOMASTER with the .50BMG kit is a pretty commonly used press. Corbin also makes a nice one. Talk to CH4D about his .50BMG neck sizing dies. That's what I use.-Rob

I use the RCBS AmmoMaster. It and the Hornady are exactly the same press, except different colors. If you have money to burn, the Hollywood press is the absolute cream of the crop, but you will pay dearly for it. Will it load better ammo than the RCBS; you'd have to prove it to me. The Ammomaster will do everything you'll ever want to do with a press and the .50 BMG except for maybe making your own bullets. As far as dies go, CH4D are the only one's I'd even consider.
