Ask your local dealer about it...

I feel your pain. I have 300 cases on backorder with Hornandy. They will backorder it for you. I talked with Hornady about a week ago, and they assured me that it is in the production schedule for next week. It is a VERY hot item. I located some A-Square brass, but it is waaay to expensive.
Let us know if you find any.
Good luck.

As I reported on the last thread asking this same question, Georgia Arms had five boxes left, for $25 a box, as of about a month ago. They were eager to sell it-- it wasn't a fast mover for them.

They're on the web.

You might try Graef & Son, also in Missouri. Regards - Mags

ebay---type in 458 lott and there's some one shot brass available for $30 and some more starting at $9.99(usually ends up in the mid $30.00's by the end of the auction)--other than that you can get Hornady's basic magnum brass and trim it down--chris

I called Hornady back in Dec.'04, I was told that 458 Lott brass was on schedule for the end of the month. Midway shows not avalibe untill April 28, the last time I chacked.

I sent an e-mail to Starline Brass, asking them why they did not add this to their product list. Might not hurt for some of you to send an e-mail also. We could use a second affordible maker for the Lott stuff.

About an hour ago I received a package from Hornady via UPS. It contained 150 rounds of 458 Lott brass that I ordered a couple weeks ago Smiler . I also ordered 150 rounds from Midway and 300 rounds from Cabelas. I suspect the pipeline will fill now that Hornady has produced some. We shall see. I would give Hornady a call.
Best,

PS: I'm eagerly awaiting the new/improved .375 300gr Hornady RN Interbond that's due in soon. Anyone seen those in stock anywhere??

458 Lott brass is out of stock all over the country.
I do have I think 9 boxes of Basic Mag brass, which is just a straight walled Magnum case that is longer than the Lott.
All you need to do is trim it down to suit.

I just got an e-mail from Cabelas that my back order for Lott Brass has been filled. It'll be here next week. This has been on back order for a few months.

So Cabelas might be a place to check.

Hey guys even .458 Win Mag brass is now getting hard to find and is out of stock - not even listed in the Midway website!

I just ordered a bag of (50) from Cliffsgunsmithing.com and now have just over 100 pieces which will serve me for quite some time until the brass supply is back again. So yes, the lesson is have a couple hundred spare cases in case of lean times.

Maybe you can be lucky like I was last weekend.
Went up to a place where the locals sight in and shoot at junk. Found 54 once fired 458 Win Mag brass in good condition. Whomever shot it was either big or a glutten for punishment to shoot 54 rounds of that stuff. I'm glad that he doesn't reload.
