Von GruffThe model with the P designation is the P14 ( for the pattern 1914)and was the British 303 because it was needed in 1914 at the start of the first war.
The M 17, ( for the model of 1917)on the other hand was for the US 30-06 and started off the production line in 1917 when the US entered the war.
Essentially the same action.
Von Gruff.

BiebsI've had a number of A-Square rifles built on other actions...Rem 700, pre-64 Win, Rem Model 30...although the big calibers were all built on the P17 Enfield, from what I've seen.

N E 450 No2I think they use the Remington 700 for the left hand action.
