I have an opportunity to purchase a pre-64 M70 in 375 H&H. It appears to be all original with a Browning 4x scope; used, about 90-95%. What would be an honest purchase price?

Couldn't help myself, I bought it. Now I have to think about what to use it for. Africa maybe.

Jim,

It's an extremely versatile round. Trajectory with a 300gr. pointed bullet is almost identical to that of a .30-06 firing a 180gr. pointed bullet.

You can hunt bear (black, brown, polar, etc.), moose, caribou, elk, deer, African game, etc. with the proper bullets.
