Curious if there has been any testing comparisons on the old Jack Carter original Trophy Bonded Bear Claws and the new ones being manufactured today? I have some of both in factory Federal loadings in .416 Rigby. Visually there looks to be quite a difference.

I have used the old ones quite a bit, and like them a lot. What is the difference?

I was impressed with the performance of original ones Jack Carter and Finn Aagaard sent me. Enough so that I often load one in the bottom of the magazine of my 458 when backing up bear clients. But, having also used the new ones, they are also great Bullets Anyone who claims the 30-06 is ineffective has either not tried one, or is unwittingly commenting on their own marksmanship Phil Shoemaker Alaska Master guide FAA Master pilot NRA Benefactor www.grizzlyskinsofalaska.com
