Quote: WW, I load a lot of .45-100 and .45-90 ammo. I have never loaded a bullet lighter than 450 gr and those were mistakes of an early uneducated life. I don't consider 350 normal. Nor does anyone else that I know who shoots them often. That the factories think 350 is normal only shows why reloading is so important. Anyway, come on over for a match some day and you can see lots of .45-70s loaded with 550s. That doesn't make them .458 winmags, but it does give them sectional density. Anyway, this is all a hopeless debate anytime any .45-subLott comes into the discussion. Brent

Oh Yes! AC your gonna see the pictures! Your gonna know the difference! All the crap about the effectiveness of really big bores versus ability to carry them for a very long period of time is about to be dispelled! We even have witnessed shots at running game with a 585 NYATI ( yours truly). The BS will cease shortly! We even have coined a new term for the effect of really big bores on medium game (up to an Eland) Hydraulic stops!Thats a huge hole in a game animal that virtually blows it apart! We also took the time to give you that special salute you've seen before from many others including your shrink!-Rob
