I could be wrong (I'll bet my .416 Rem M70 that I'm not) but that looks just like the one my buddy sold recently here in NC. I have fired the rifle and it is accurate and recoil isn't too bad. The scope holes are for Talley bases using 8-48(?), bigger than standard screws, if you buy the rifle I can ship you the Tally bases and rings (1") for the cost of shipping with the proper screws as I have them on my kitchen table. Beware the rifle does have feeding issues unless it has been fixed in the last month, you can put one round in the mag but any more give grief. Either the mag spring doesn't have enough push up front to raise the bullet with the feed ramp or if you put two mag springs in (we tried) it shoots the rounds out the top when you open the bolt. If you can fix this problem you will have a very nice rifle. I have a copy of the load notes Jerry used for this rifle and can ship them with the bases and rings.

By the way the dies should be Hollywood dies, NOT 7/8ths.

EWWWWWW! No offense to you Sharps, but here must be half a dozen things associated that rifle that the builder should be slapped for! From the synthetic stock to the push feed action. YUCK! About as useful as a rudder for a duck's butt!

Hey,
I didn't build it I am just helping someone make an informed decision. Many people like Weatherbys and if they are so inclined then this isn't a bad set up, at least once the feeding issues are addressed. The synthetic stock isn't pretty but it is functional, some people like functional rifles...
Anyhow I was just offering information, not endorsing it. Like I say it isn't bad to shoot and is very accurate.
