I posted this in the Medium bore forum about 375 NE Rimless - not really a DGR, but .375 nonetheless:

Any experience out there? This one 270 grs at 2150 fps seems to outperform the 9,3x57 286grs round at 2000 fps... although the SD is better with the 286grs 9,3.
I am contemplating developing my taste from a fullribbed Mauser -98 9,3x57 to a slimmer than slim Mannlicher M1910 375 NE Rimless Confused Smiler
Have any of you used a 300 grs in one of these little rifles?

Boha,

Is that the same cartridge as the 375 2.5"? I thought it was a rimmed cartridge. There have been several double rifles for sale in the recent past in this chambering and if memory serves, 2150 fps is about what that one gets with a 286 grainer.

Good hunting,

Andy

Then it is simply a matter of the heart, isn´t it? Smiler
