Perhaps I should try over here, since I am not having much luck at the reloaders forum:
"Now that I have my new .375 Ackley, I did a search for reloading data on this forum and find that the archives are no longer there. Would those of you who have previously posted data please do so again, so I can get to shooting?"
Also, any recommended charge levels for fire-forming cases? Max loads for standard case, or something less?
Thanks.

Fireforming with just .375 H&H factory loads works fine. I would expect that any load would work ok, even a cast bullet load.
One could get anal about it and try to headspace on the shoulder with the first shot but with that belt for headspace it should be easy.
I check all fired cases with a feeler wire on their inside near the web for insipiant head separations. On the 30/06, for instance, this is not necessary you will find if the rifles are headspaced ok but on rimmed, belted cases and rifles with rear locking lugs its manditory.
On the other thread an internal program was suggested and working up on your own. It was pointed out that the measurement of water capacity varied from 104 to 107 at least and any particular rifle might have a different throat leade or even freebore such as the .375 Weatherby has. So don't use some others data for max loads. Big Stick and I feel the same on this.
All of my cases were fireformed from factory 375 H&H ammo. Just don't make the mistake I made, by fireforming some from ammo with nickle plated brass. They're too hard, and I ended up with some split cases while test shooting my first batch of reloads.
My current .375 Ackley likes 88g IMR 4350 and the 270g Hornady. I used 80g of that powder and bullet to fireform the Winchester cases. 86g of Winchester 760 behind the 270g Hornady is also a good load(88g was max). 86g IMR4350 behind the 260g Nosler BT produced 3/4" groups. 87g IMR 4350 behind the 250g Sierra also produced 3/4" groups. 97g Norma MRP and the 300g Sierra was a good load. 86g IMR4831 and the 300g Sierra was also a good load. This should be enough to get you started. These loads are safe in my rifle and might not be in yours, but you already know that.
