I was at the airport and desperate for reading so I bought this month's edition. Some very good articles in it. Down side is now I want one of the new 50 AE Desert Eagles, and the 500 S&W lever gun lol

Chuck

The Desert Eagle is is like a club at 72 oz. Great working gun for the 50 ae, but huge and heavy. An LAR Grizzly in 50 AE, while harder to find, weighs in at 54 oz and is much more fitted in your hand as a hand gun should be. Its like a 45 acp 1911 on a small amount of steroids. The eagle is cool though, I have had a gold one,a silver one, and a black one all in 50 ae. for years. Shoot the black one mostly. But prefer my satin chrome Grizzly in 50 ae. to any of the 3 Des. Eagles
