If you can find someone who has copies of the Big Bore Journal from this summer there were 2 very good articles on the 404 ...Mayby some of the guys in the DRSS have copies ,.,.,-----------Are you thinking of getting one ???

The records are in the states, you can write to:

PO Box 4718
Houston, Texas 77210

Give them the serial number and wait, I think they only reply once or twice a year but you'll receive a nice letter and a copy of the ledger.

404, didn't know that was your rifle! I'm going to have the trigger worked on and the chip fixed but I'm very pleased with what I've seen so far. I would like to find out when it was made and some history on it. It is a Christmas present for my some and he has no idea it's going to be "under the tree". He ask me everyday if I have heard from the guy "with the 404". Thanks and I'll let you know what I find out. PS: have you ever run across a Jeff double?
