I recently purchased some of the Barnes' TTSX Bullet, 250 Grain .375 Cal to be loaded in a 375 H&H Mag.

This is a new bullet from Barnes, just released this year in the 375 cal.

I was unable to find any loading data in my Barnes Book, or on the Barnes Website. So late last night, I dropped them an e-mail asking them if they had any load data available.

This morning, I got this note:

We do not have that data shot with the ttsx yet. You can use the X bullet data, just start about 1.5 grains up from the minimum and work your load up from there. I have attached that data.

Thanks,

My observations on this service:
1. I got a reply from them in less than 1/2 of a business day
2. While they did not have the exact info I needed, they gave me the needed guidance to proceed
3. They also sent me a PDF of the loading data they referenced in the e-mail.

I have needed info from Barnes on more than one occasion, and I ALWAYS have received quick responses, helpful people, and excellent service. Not only do they make a great product, but they back it up with great support.

I have sent them two emails on data for their .311 150gr bullet to load up in my .303 Brit. There was no information in my reloading manual for them and there is nothing on their website either. I have yet to receive a response from them. I was wanting to buy a box of them and try them out in one of my enfield sporters but until I can get some info from them on a starting point I won't bother.
