Havent shot that light....but my DTA HTI loves the Barrett factory M33 661s......thats not really what you'd call light......I do love light .50BMG bullets with trailboss for subsonic rounds through my turbodyneX can....big Texas pigs drop like a rock with 405s.....PM for load data if interested...Im holding .75MOA at sub velocities...and am just as quiet as my 300 whispers....

I found one load for a 300 grain bullet at 4200 fps but it was a 36" barrel. I am looking for around 4000 fps for a Hog shoot comming up. I like the dip the case load. Ross flame

I like the dip the case load as well, but I don't like that the calculated barrel life accuracy expectancy is about 440dry/530moly.

It may be better with brass bullets, I hope.

I ran that 350 #13 to 3075 fps with RL 10X and 3007 fps with H-322 in 510 Wells. What could be done with 50 BMG---- shocker

Terminals were extremely impressive with the Wells--50 BMG---- BOOM

I have some .510 Cal 210gr aluminum bullets that did 5217 FPS over 255 gr of Rl-25. Nice bright flash when they hit too! All time high on the Crono FWIW. Pretty good accuracy to 100yrds but no penetration. Would not shoot too many through a good barrel though. Can you say PLASMA TORCH?-Rob
