Collectors is high on price, as usual, nice condition though! I have never seen a Whitworth in 375 or 458 without a barrel band swivel before, this one has a stud in the stock. Might be one of the last ones put together. DRSS(We Band of Bubba's Div.) N.R.A (Life) T.S.R.A (Life) D.S.C.

Lee they made them both ways. The one without the barrel band, island sights are Mark 10s actually but are being sold as Whitworth Express rifles. A loop hole it then production I guess. The certainly are not worth as much as a true Whitworth, and a Whitworth with English marks brings an additional price. At one time I had a Whitworth in 375 and 458. The reciever markings were the same, however one had the swivel band on the bbl the other was on the stock. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY
