I need help in loading some 400H&H rounds. I have load data, brass and bullets. Glad to pay for anything you might and for your time.

Yeah,

If you have all the components and some pressure tested loading data it should be as straight forward as any other cartridge. Let us know what you need.

By the way, sweet choice in calibers. I've been wanting to put one together since it was first introduced.

I have brass, bullets, and loading data from H&H. I don't have dies but I am certainly more than willing to pay for them and pay someone to load for me.

Darrell,

You are asking folks to assume legal liability for ammunition they manufacture for you.

I strongly recommend you purchase a set of dies and load the ammunition yourself after some instruction from a knowledgeable handloader.

So sorry-- didn't intend to cause a problem. Please no one offer your help. There seems to always be someone that wants to stick there nose into everyone else's business. I just don't have any equipment after my house burned. I think I will just get off this web site. There are just to many sore ass's on here.

So far, you're the only 'sore ass' on this thread. How the hell is anyone supposed to know your house burned as opposed to your not being disposed to loading your own?

You have a .400H&H, bullets, etc.; get a press and dies and roll your own.

don't take things so personal...part of George's JD/JR is being an occasional butt head, or the voice of reason. The two are often interchangeable.

I suggest a search on the web for custom hand loaded ammunition. While I doubt anyone is set up for the 400 yet you could contact them. Maybe offer to buy the dies etc. They are already set up to cover their a$$ from a liability situation.

I used to load for several of my friends. I don't even do that anymore.

As usual just my $.02

A starter kit from Lee, RCBS, Lyman or Hornady ..is not any more than some boxes of loaded ammo ...less expensiveThan some ... .,., Yes reloading takes time ,, But Probably most of the people on this site would rather build ammo than alot of things ....It seems odd , someone asking to have someone do their loading for them ..............House fires have a way of screwing up about everything in a persons life ...................One sure did mine ..I,m sorry for your loss......

George-I'm trying to take your advise and have purchased a used press. Now if you will be so kind to advise me where the dies can be bought. I've tried Lee, Rcbs and redding. I even called Midway arms that sold me the brass for some and they informed me they had no idea. As far as they know they are not available from anyone. Redding built one set for a gentleman in SA. Who is Hertiage Arms.Redding said they at one time wanted to buy several but then went away.
