I have heard a while ago these were going for cheap, but nowadays, it seems that folks are wanting over $100 for an action. What you guys think?

I bought two VZ-24 actions three years ago for $60 a piece. Since then, everyone else has too and now the supply seems to be drying up. Nowadays, $100 for a good VZ is not at all unreasonable and probably about what you'll find if not for even more; if you can find them. If I needed any more VZ's, I'd gladly pay that much.

And really, if you think about it, $100 for a working bolt action in good condition isn't terrible.

So, no. I don't think $100 is too high. Snatch'em up while you still can. They're only going to get more even expensive as time passes.
