I have mounds of it. If you want to pay for shipping, I'll sell you whatever you want for what Midway is charging, plus shipping of course!

Does anybody know if it's possible to expand 375 brass into 416 RemMag?

Of course it is possible.
For best results, anneal the .375 H&H neck and shoulder, lube the insides of the necks, and run the brass through the .416 Remington FL size die.
You will still need to fire-form to blow out the shoulder to .416 Remington.
Just load a cheap bullet of .416 caliber with a starting load of rifle powder, and fire it.
The belted case makes that easy.
You might end up with 2.800" brass instead of 2.850" brass length, but it will work.
You won't be needing to trim it down to 2.840" trim-to-length!

I have fire-formed 40 rounds of .375 H&H factory ammo, straight out of the box,
in a .416 Remington chamber, with no preliminary preparation,
and no losses of brass to split necks.
Just let that .375-caliber bullet rattle down the .416-caliber barrel.
Harmless if you don't make a habit of it.

A rebated bullet of .416-caliber nose and .375-caliber base would be perfect for this kind of fireforming, or just neck up as above and waste some cheap .416 bullets for the fire-forming.

You can use a fast pistol powder, cereal, tissue, and a wax or soap plug, for fireforming, but I prefer a bullet matching the barrel and a "normal" powder charge for bullet weight.

8mm Rem mag case has more strait sides and not the slope of the H&H case, but would probably be just as hard for you to find as .416 Rem cases
