Anyone have any experience with the 10.75X57

I have a older German made 98 type mauser marked GECO that is chambered in 10.75X57 (not a typo, it is not a 10.75X68). Thought it might be interesting to get the old gun up and running but can find no data. Does anyone have any first hand experience with the cartridge?
