Can i youse Hornady Brass 300 Belted Magnum Basic 2.87" in my 458LOTT???

You can use either Hornady belted basic, that you trim to 2.80" after sizing, or best yet buy some Hornady 458 Lott brass that is already properly headstamed, formed, and trimmed to length.

Grafs have .458 lott brass at a reasonable price so that is the best way to go as Paul H suggests.
