Here is a link to someone that lists these dies, as well as 333 Jeffery that I am looking for. Unfortunately he states that he does not export, so even though I am still out of luck maybe he can help your friend.

You might ask www.ch4d.com if they make that die. If not, they will make it for you if they can find a drawing. Their prices are reasonable compared to some other die makers.
