This guy has put it all together. Just gotta build it up. I just noticed the .416 barrel is ordered but hasn't arrived yet. http://www.auctionarms.com/search/displayitem.cfm?ItemNum=4562158 [ 06-30-2003, 16:17: Message edited by: Roger Rothschild ]

I dont know Roger... I dont buy any guns over the internet UNLESS I can inspect them in person, and that includes actions, and certainly wood. The forearm of what the stock blank shows... looks alittle scary as I believe that was a living knot/sprout in the tree (based on the depth and width if you look closly on the thickness you can see a shaded diametric) BTW Roger... what were you going to use that scrap steel for? A good source is MSC, get their "Big Book". [ 06-30-2003, 12:56: Message edited by: smallfry ]

the only things in that pic you get are the action and peepsite. the stock is "representative" and the barrel shown is only about 14" long. I bid 150 on it... for a remington action, sure... jeffe
