22wrf, I do think you have a point in that your first response to my post was grilling MRC but it came across differently to me and I think others. Things escalated when you implied that this topic was yours and you could do as you like and anyone that didn't like that should go away. I believe you are an attorney. Your profession is adversarial by design could it be that some of that bleeds thru to your postings? I have no doubt you are good at your job but I come here to be with friends and being adversarial isn't friendly. IMO FYI Montana Rifle Comp's phone number is 406.756.4867. Why not give Jeff a call and get the answers you seek from the owner. Your frustration or disgust would then be pointed in the right direction. Let’s try to bury the hatchet here. It's tigger dang it, not trigger. I have two on order; one bought for me and one for an acquaintance that is now out of the picture. It never ceases to amaze me how an individual with some additional education can turn into such a pain in the ass. This is the way the guy works. I paid for mine a year ago. I am sitting here quietly waiting.I prefer to have one delivered that will not cause me any problems,then to spend another $1500 , on the barrel, stock, and sights and have a rifle I can't trust. Last I heard GM actions were $2500.00 +. You all know what a deal this will be if, he is able to produce a quality action. Kobe Your post isn't worth replying to, but I will just say that it never ceases to amaze me how poor your logic skills are. I don't know how you link education with pain in the ass. Moreover, if you carefully read this thread you would see that Fritz felt that he was being picked on. We then both agreed that it would be best to let this thread be used to talk about big bores. But of course you couldn't resist an appeal to the masses in an attempt to ridicule. I would be interested to know who claimed my mother told them that she tied a pork chop around my neck. Another thing that amazes me is how MODERATORS like Jeff and George will come on here and blast me for what I said, which wasn't even directed at Fritz, and then allow you to come on here and say what you say.
