Does anyone have one of these rifles? If so tell me about the gun, especially the accuracy. I am looking at one in .375.
Thanks

jeffeossodo you mean a d'arcy echols legend or a legacy mauser built by
www.empirerifles.com ?
if the latter, I've seen and handled them, and far and away one of the best values there are today

Looks ok, but they are too straightstocked for a classic british sportingrifle + they are looking too heavy and bulky. But along with Dakotarifles and such they are just "ok".

jeffeossoGreat value and a stock made for hard kicking rifles.. and, frankly, 100% of the stocks are made to customer spec, so it's hard to hold it to the company.
Jens,
perhaps you could take a look at what dakota calls a wood upgrade... you ahve to go 2 or 3 upgrades before you are actually into decent wood, and to have a NICE stock you are 40% of the cost of the empire...
and empire makes mausers, not model 70s

You are right!
I saw a dakotarifle overhere some years ago, and I was dumpfounded

with the quality of the wood!
I would buy any Empirerifle before any dakota.
I just compared the style of stocks with eachother..but no question that the Empire has the edge and more for the better.
