I am interested in the 1" and 26mm rings for CZ550 with levers.

Does Talleys rings attaches to the integral dove tail on the CZ? Or do you have to have a Talley base installed?
At what side are the leavers? Left or right? Do anny one have pictures of these rings?

Regards
Johan Bergh

Johan,

Go to the Talley Manufacturing web site and have a look for yourself. I think this will answer all your questions. Good luck and good shooting!

The Talley rings go directly on the integral bases of the CZ. No Talley bases needed.

Thanks RIP!
Thats what I thought. But the homepage says nothing about these rings.
And they dont answer Email.
Who sell them?

Happy New Year!

As above, the levers are on the right. Height about the minimum with the standard bolt handle and for a Leupold size ocular.

Here you go 375HH. These are the Talley CZ 1" rings on a 1968 ZKK 602 which has the same square bridge/dovetail setup as the CZ 550. Let me know if you need other angles etc.

GG,
Thanks for the nice photos.

Johan,
I like the standard CZ rings with the screws replaced by hex head screws, so that I carry the QD lever in my pocket, a huge 5mm hex wrench. I have also attached Leupold QD levers to the CZ rings myself.

I have Warne QD lever and fixed rings, and some of the older BRNO ZKK 602 rings that fit the identical CZ bases also.

I have had some Talley rings on order at my local gun merchant since January '03. Gives me something to ask about whenever I go in there.

I hear that the Talley rings can be ordered via the link on www.huntamerica.com
however I am going to keep pestering my local merchant until he gets mine in.

With the recent CZ craze, I think that Talley ran out of CZ rings and was going to make up a new batch. Thanks for reminding me to look into their inventory status.

I also like the standard cz mounst with all screws traded out for hex types. This is what I use on my cz .375.

Can you pleas measure the height of the rings from the bottom of the rings to the top of the receiver? Your pictures look great. Nice gun.

I wish Talley would make a 30mm ring for my 9.3x62, but the only one I can find is the CZ and they are butt ugly. I guess that's not that big a deal, as it's a hunting gun anyway.
