I have a first edition of Eugene Cunningham's book Triggernometry. It's a compendium of Wild West (and east) gunfighters like Bill Longley, John Wesley Hardin, Bass Outlaw, William H. Bonney (Billy the Kid), and many others. Published in 1934. Mr. Cunningham either knew these folk or interviewed those who did. On the first page is written in pencil "1st ed.,$200".
