Contact Steve Comus, Director of Publications, Safari Club International, 4800 West Gates Pass Road, Tucson AZ 85745.

You also may want to ask about my book, "The History of SCI."

I received mine Yesterday.

If you are interested my rifle is shown on page 19, and 49. It is a marksman with a classic stock. I have not read the whole book yet, but it was made during the time David made my rifle. Pretty cool seeing all the details, done during manufacture.

I have been in the shop numerous times, and known David for 11yrs. I knew he put alot of work into the rifles, but this book really spells it out. If anyone doubts why his prices are high, this book will certainly show them..

It also shows how much Curt means to the whole process..Many people only know that he is one of the great stockmakers, but he shows that he can work metal just as well...They are a great team. I doubt either one of them would be where they are today without the other...

Here is the phone number for SCI publications.

520-620-1220, ext 244

I received mine Monday... that's within two days of placing my order!

This book is absolutely fantastic and possibly Turpin's best yet. And at that I'm sure that it only shows a small sllice of what David Miller and Curt Crum put into one of their rifles. I hope to get my copy signed by them at the next SCI.

Hunter Jim, posted in the David Miller thread that it was 69.95. It is a finely made hardcover. I got mine from David, and have not received the bill yet..I wanted him to get it, so he could autograph it for me..He does not sell the book himself though, you have to go through Safari press.
