Bought this for a look at hunting Alaska bears from a boat. I really have no interest in camping out in the rain and eating crappy food, so I want to see what the boat hunting was all about.

Content- This was good and gave a good look at how a boat hunt works and how the hunting actually is. This video does that. There are lots of shots on black bears, very few on brown bears. It gives you a solid idea of how Jimmie Rosenbruch (patriarch of Glacier Guides) likes to hunt. He has his daughter, son-in-law and other family in the business and the video. I came away feeling I have a good understanding of this hunt method.

Quality - Average to poor. This was not professionally taped or produced. The best part was Jimmie's tour of his boat. The "candid" shots of the hunter over his kill were stiff and awkward. His daughter does a decent job on camera and is a solid guide, but acting is not her forte'.

If you want info on this type of hunt, it is a good video. It is basically an advertising video for Glacier Guides sold by Safari Press.
