It seems The Express Rifle by Saul Braceras is now published in an English/French version (and they want 130 Euros for it!). Some time ago I believe I asked about the book on this forum, at which time I think it was in English/Spanish. I like to collect books about rifles and African Hunting and I think I want this one too. But way back when I was told that this book wasn't that good. Does anybody remember why?

I saw the book here in the gunroom of a friend and i believe its very good althoug i didnt reat it deeply,great photos and paper, Saul Braceras Haedo is an argentine guns expert ,well known here and in Spain where he edits some guns magazines ,he was invloved in proffesional hunting here too.Juan

I bought the Spanish/English version off of that certain auction site. I think I paid about $60 shipped. It was worth that to me, not for the text, but for the photos of some really fine rifles. I would not have paid anymore for it.
