my ithica m37 12 guage sometimes has problems with ejecting spent hulls. It seems like if i pump it hard it will most often work. One of the fingers of the ejector will be under the shell and one will be over it causing it to not eject. I did take it apart. One of the fingers is bonded to a piece of metal that allows the fingers eject the spent hull. and the other looks liek it may have broke loose. The broke free finger is still functional, which makes me wonder if it is supposed to be bonded together with the connecting metal piece and other finger.
