Does anyone know of a company that sells take down cases that dont cost an arm and a leg. Cape Outfitters used to, and I didn't get one, and now they're out of business.

The only ones I've seen lately are soft with padding inside. Krieghoff makes one, so does Briley and Bob Allen. I believe they run from $100 to $150 and hold the receiver with butt in one compartment and a barrel with forend in another + room for one more barrel. I like my Bob Allen but I bought it awhile ago when it was a lot less expensive.

Cape Outfitters had one for like, I want to say, 40-60 bucks or something. My local gun store has a few Beretta fitted take down cases, they look really sharp and are only ~50 bucks (maybe minor blemishes or something?). Even though thats not my brand I might buy one at that price.

For some reason I was thinking you wanted something like a leg-of-mutton case...sorry about that. Someone has taken over the inventory of Cape Outfitters and is selling it but don't recall the name....maybe a google search will find it for you.
