Ouch!!

I feel your pain, that is a nice looking setup.

I suppose you have done all the usual, contacted the local PD. also DNR and local gunshops. Also call all of the pawn shops, talk to the first one, tell him your plight and ask who else he'd suggest you call, they seem to know a lot about each other.

Did it fall out of the back of a pickup or something you'd rather not talk about?

Also, make up some flyers and staple a bunch of them to trees around where the gun went missing.

S17,

I saw your post on the MDC. Don't let some of those guys ride you to hard, I don't know your circumstances but things happen. For what it's worth I hope you find it. If I hunted in that area and were to run accross it. Why, I'd give it back to ya. I'm sure it is really bothering you. Good Luck and I hope an honest person turns it up. Also have you considered contacting the conso and sherriffs dept. in that area. Even a dishonest person may turn it in thinking it was a trap.

I think that depends on where it was lost, but it renews your faith in mankind sometimes to see the lengths people go through to return lost stuff, regardless of the value.

Big bowl of dumbass for breakfast, that's how it got left against a tree after a hunt. Went back and it was gone.

It's already reported stolen since whoever found it hasn't turned it in yet. It all depends on who found it. Thanks for the suggestions, I did hang some posters in the area in case they are trying to return it.

1st hunt out with new 870 today called in a tom twice already. Just a bit too windy today as the turkeys were jumping outta their skins at their own shadows. We'll blood it tomorrow hopefully.

Cupped, I've got a thick hide, I just want my shtogun back Any flack from some trolls doesn't bother me a bit.
