This fall I took my new benelli legacy 12 gauge pheasant hunting and half way through the day I noticed a dime sized chunk was broken out of the stock, just behind the receiver. I hadn't even tried a 3" load in it yet, and was obviously a stress fracture from firing. I called the dealer I bought it from, and he implied this was an ongoing problem. Anyone else have any problems like this? The dealer was first rate about it, replaced my butt stock and fore end that day with one off another new gun he had on the shelf. *Life is hard, but it's harder if you're stupid* | ||
