Hi all, I'd like to find some 16 ga paper hulls. I checked Ebay and they didn't have anything 16 ga. I googled and didn't come up with anything. I want them to try loads for my 70 cal double pistol. The chamber is the same diameter as a 16 ga shell, but 1.6" long. So if anybody has some that they ends have been blown off or are torn and tattered??? I could cut them down and be happy. I have some 16 ga magtech brass cases, but the chamber was made for a thicker case wall. I've turned down some 50 BMG cases, but it's alot of work. Any info on where to look would be apreciated. thanks.

Glen- It's a shame as I have a whole box of 12ga Alcan unfired, new, 2 3/4 inch paper. I assume they are too big. Could you use 16ga plastic cut back? You might find them on ebay.ED MZEE WA SIKU

Lar45; Look on-line for Grafs, they have new, primed, Chedite 16 ga. paper hulls, their product number is CH16pga. Hope this helps. Proud member of the 16 gauge society.

Grafs looks great, I'm ordering some now. Also some of the fiber wads and over powder wads. That should help in adjusting powder charges and keeping it tight. Thanks Ed- Nope the 12 ga are too big. A 16 ga round fits perfect except it only goes in 1.6". I have a Lyman 12 ga 1oz mold that drops a perfect .700" and the hollow base can expand if it needs any.
