Does anyone have a good source for 10 G. ammo? I reload metallic but not shotshell.

NC:

If you're talking about that Winchester you recently bought, I'm fairly certain it is chambered for 2 7/8 inch shells. Hard to come by, most 10s these days are 3 1/2. Remington used to offer 2 7/8s, not sure if they still do or not.

I can probably help your reloading problem by selling you a 10 ga set up, with components, etc if you want to shoot more than a few boxes it would be worth it to reload.

Since you started me thinking about it, I checked the net, and, AFAICT, Remington nor almost any other company currently makes 2 7/8 10s. However, RST does, but they run about $3-4 per shell. Hardly plinking prices.
