Does anybody know anything about this shotgun? They look and feel great and appear to be a good value.

I have got one. 26" Barrels, 1/4 and 1/2 Chokes. The quality is OK but I dont like this gun very much. My Girlfried shoots it occasionally, because it fits her very well, but now that I got her a new shotgun for christmas(psssst, dont tell her, she only reads the humor forum ), I guess my Alcione will change owner soon.

My gun kicks like a mule ( even with 24g cartridges, my girlfried regulary has the marksman badge in blue on her shoulder ) and has some issues with the barrel selector.

I, too have an Alcione and love it. It is just a bit on the heavy side, but fits and shoots well. I also have the extra 20ga bbl set. All in all I think a pretty good O/U for the price. Gene

I owned one for about a week. I first bought it as it attracted me due to the two barrels. Unfortunately, I had to pay up front before I could really take a good look. The 20 gauge barrel set makes for a nice gun, no recoil, as the thing weighs a ton for a 20 gauge. The 12 gauge set with steel for waterfowl really recoiled and I am not recoil sensitive. With light 12 gauge loads it was okay. The fit and finish of the gun I had was good and it is a nice looking gun. For the money though, if you are okay with one gauge, look at a Beretta or Browning.
