Home Depot sells 35" wide by 140' long rolls of light tan "stairway drop cloth" paper for about $8.00 a roll. Works great for patterening.

You're right, I just noticed it and bought a couple rolls.

Drop by any place that prints newspapers. You can get "end rolls" -- the short end of the roll. The printer recycles this stuff, but they hand them out to people who ask.

They're great for kids at school and making murals. But newsprint is good stuff for patterning a gun too.

-- Home Depot painting drape paper would be good too, and easy.
