Has any one used the Mossberg Silver Reserve over under shotguns in either 28 ga or 410 bore. Am looking to pick one up in 28ga to put away for my 6 yr old boy. Also may pick one up in 410 for me to play with on them dang starlings. Any feed back would be nice. Yes I know they are a low to mid range quailty gun, but can not afford two 28 ga Brownings at this time. James Wisner

I have a friend that owns one in 410 bore and 12 guage. They pattern very well and are light for bore. he likes the 410 very, very well. For a feild gun I think it would do what you need.

have you looked at the CZ. More money but no where near Browning or beretta. Larry
