I just missed a nice on on GI for $700. I want wood stock and a shooter grade for turkey. Screw in chokes are a must and if you have several sizes that's a plus. I have almost two cases of the old Remington and Winchester heavy loads with 1 5/8 ounces of shot and need something to shoot them in. I can't use an auto loader and the old English side by sides can't handle the heavy load. Modern Spanish 10s really don't turn my crank. And the Winchester 1901s are quite pricey for a nice one. So, any BPS 10s out there looking for a new home? Cal, I have a buddy that has a Winchester lever 10 g. I think it is the 1886 model? No screw-in chokes though, all original in pretty good shape, I think 30" bbl. If you're interested I can call him. Never mistake motion for action.

Cal, if you could live with camo synthetic, there are some out there at better prices. You'd probably need camo for turkey hunting anyway. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/891635700 https://www.gunbroker.com/item/891546120

I use a 28 inch Barrel 10 gauge with 2 ounce loads for turkeys and coyotes. Decapitates them. A 30 inch gun would be too long/heavy for me. The 28 is fine, but all I want. Shadow grass camp works in rain weather. The 10 gauge has a long barrel extension and closer tolerance than most popular pumps and is a little tight to seat in the action. Bring the pump/slide down when seating. Love mine.
