I think I might like to have a coachgun. Nothing fancy just solid, hammerless. I was thinking 12ga. maybe 3" shells? I weas on STOEGER INDUSTRIES site today.

I'd use it in thicker cover for a rabbit hunt or two. Might carry it for ferral hogs loader with deerslugs. Maybe just some fun shooting too.

Thanks!~

Of the coach guns I know of, The Stoeger seems to be the best I have seen and shot.

Has anyone seen or shoot the CZ version coachgun?

http://www.legendaryguns.com/CZ%20DurangoSXS.htm

I like this Durango model 12ga 20" barrel. Lord forbid my wife would ever have to to use it to stop an intruder, I thionk the single trigger would be easier for her.

For you SxS shooters: I'm a lefty, is the double trigger configuration going to be a problem for me? Does the CZ single trigger make more sence?

i am a lefty also. i prefer double triggers on my side by sides. they shouldn't be a problem once you train your finger to move to the other trigger.
