I just grabbed me an 1100 LT 20 Skeet in near new condition and it doesn't want to cycle a fresh round when I shoot it. The only thing that I find that is questionable is the "O" ring (Barrel Seal) it looks as though someone has replaced it with a regular automotive type O ring. Has anyone seen this problem before? Everything else looks fine, gas ports in barrel are clear..

Replace the o-ring with a new one, it might not hurt to change the gas cly. rings(the steel ones), clean the gas ports and make sure there is no rust in the chamber, and no build up of wad plastic in the forcing cone area. Also make sure the magazine tube is clean, and remove the butt stock and clean the action spring(I would replace it) and I would also replace the action follower( the little do-hickey in front of the spring, any wear, they bind and hang the action up). www.duanesguns.com

"Nearly new" might be the key. Use heavier loads, maybe a case's worth, and see if it clears up. If not, then go with what Duane said...
