I have a 16 gauge side by side shotgun with fixed chokes that was left to me by my late father in law. I'm curious for any information anybody can provide.

Here's what I can tell you about it:

English style stock, not a pistol grip type
Double Triggers
Underneath it says No 2 and ROBUST
Receiver has some fairly simple engraved scrollwork
On left barrel near the rear it says: fusil robust brevete S.G.O.G.
On right barrel opposite side it says: manufacture francaise d'armes et cyclfs de st etienne
Forearm when removed has the number 49327 on the metal portion
Both barrels underneath have engraved stetienne 17.0

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
