I knew of a few holdouts where I could load up on waterfowl ammo and feel blessed I was able to purchase what I did. Two weeks ago I ordered a case of 10ga Hevi-Shot. I decided to order another case and I find across the board the stuff has gone up an average of $2.00 PER SHELL! That case that cost $329 is now $529! shocker Was there an increase in the price of Tungsten that I missed? It appears all of the non-toxic shot on the market that uses Tungsten has drastically gone up in price.

They work well.

I hear a lot of good things about performance of the various HS loads but the price is just way to much.I'll gladly sacrifice some reach in favor of my wallet.

Tungsten prices have been relatively stable the last year but are up about 10% in the last 6 months, with a range between $45 and $55/kg. Currently about $55/kg.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

Metallic only right now. I have a PW 800 press, but it is for 12ga 2-3/4, lead only. Haven't used it in a few years.
