I saw and handled two of them at an RMEF function in Tennessee a couple of months ago.
My impression was that they swung and mounted very nicely. Fit was excellent. Finish was good.

Those two were supposed to go to Mahoney's after the show.

I spoke with the Ruger Rep. regarding their absence in gun shops. He became very defensive and told me they were available at that time.

That tells me they weren't and Ruger realizes how they've screwed themselves out of some sales.

I'd buy one in 20 ga. But its only available in 12 so far.
