My buddy picked up a used Ithaca 87 pump 12 ga 3" with rifled slug barrel.
Can anyone give some recommendations as to slugs that work in this model? Thanks

I have the same gun and use BRI 3" shells because that what was available at the time. Most of the time it is a 2 to 3 inch gun at a hundred. The trigger on these guns are not great which makes it hard to shoot well.

the problem is brenneke's don't always cyce well with ithaca's i'd still try to find out what's the gun likes best
