Been looking at a number of the above SxS's. Sauer in particular seems to have had 2 (maybe more) models in 12ga. One model has a scalloped receiver, the other does not. Any idea on what the model numbers or designations are for these. Seem to me I saw somewhere that the scalloped version was considered the "Royal" but have found nothing regarding the model w/o the scalloped receiver.

Similarly, I'd be interested in the various model numbers and description of the SImson, and Suhl 12ga SxS's.

I should add, that all of the models - Sauer, Simson, and Suhl - that I have looked at were boxlock, extractor models with double triggers, cocking indicators and the Greener cross-bolt , if that make a difference.
