Does anyone know if a stock for a 12 ga 11-48 will fit a 16 ga? Would a stock from an 1100 work? Thanks,Frank.

I could be mistaken, but I beleive that a stock from a 12 gauge will NOT fit a 16 gauge 11-48. Those guns were built on 16 gauge frames, so the fit was just a little different. You might be able to have a gunsmith adapt a 12 gauge stock to a 16 gauge. I also don't think that an 1100 stock will work, either.

Neither one will work. You might get the 12ga 11-48 to work with some adjustment. Look in Gun List for a replacement stock. Remington might also be of help.
