I have just picked up a new Beretta 391 in 20 gauge. I finished cleaning it and put in the choke tube and it kept going... and going... and going. It seats out 2 1/4 turns from being flush with the barrel. It is about 2 millimeters into the barrel and there are at least two threads worth of internal barrel showing. Is something wrong here? None of my othere guns do this as flush is usually flush. All the tubes do this. Does the gun I've been waiting for 3 months for go back or is this normal. Any help would be appreciated

I could be wrong, but that doesn't sound right to me. If it's a new gun, I'd be calling Beretta.

I'd be afraid of boogering up the exposed threads, and not being able to get the tubes back out.
